We are also a Senior Fitness Specialist through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and presently hold CPR/AED certification.


Our trainers are always willing to meet you where it's convenient to work out. We have locations in Jamestown and Greensboro. Most training sessions are held within the Piedmont Triad area.

I have been active in the fitness industry for the past five years. Since obtaining my personal trainer certification from the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), I have worked with many clients guiding them to success in achieving their fitness goals. My clients have included a range of individuals from the average fat loss client to the natural body builder. Recently, I acquired the NFPT Master Trainer License with certifications in fitness nutrition, endurance, and resistance. I am also a Senior Fitness Specialist through the International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA). I have completed the Understanding Parkinson’s Disease & Suggested Training Methods for Certified Fitness Trainers course as well as the Parkinson’s Advocates in Research Online Course. I presently hold Silver Sneaker and CPR/AED certifications. As a participant in the NFPT Continuing Education Program, I am continually updated on the latest health studies and fitness trends.

I bring a wealth of athletic experience to the personal training industry. As an athlete, I trained under former track coach Bob Timmons (Hall of Fame) and former NFL coach Jimmy Johnson. With both, I learned the importance of seeking personal excellence. Today, I expect no less of my personal training clients. As a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor by Interactive Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA), I have prepared myself to assist my clients in reaching their own level of fitness excellence. I have worked with young athletes, many of whom have received athletic scholarships to colleges. I am also equipped to help seniors reach their fitness goals having added Silver Sneaker and CPR/AED certifications to my qualifications.

In addition, I am CPR certified and an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified personal trainer. I have been a student of Muay Thai for three years which has enhanced my personal level of fitness. I am passionate about helping others and enjoy training both male and female clients. I push my clients to obtain their fitness goals through various means of exercise.
